I just had to give a shout out to the city which I lovingly refer to as "The Armpit of California". Stockton, CA, ranked #2 on the list of America's Most Miserable Cities. Hey, that's better than #1 (which they were last year).
This video is Bill O'Reilly and John Stossel. Listen to Bill's reaction to the "wonderful" Marina (which has lost, so far, $700,000). To make Stockton even better, now they are considering spending money they don't have on a bike path ... in one of the worst areas of Stockton. Gotta love them!
