The attacker is standing in a stride-stance, from where he could punch or grab you. You wrap your hand around the heel of the foremost leg and simultaneously your free hand places a palm-heel strike on the innerside of his knee. Yor attacker will fall sideways. Now you can make an axial roll to the opposite site and escape.
