I always see that when I drive home at night with my friends. I don't live in cincinatti but I live very close. It flys by my window and the park I live by. its so creepy!

@1975lilshorty that my friend i can correctly prove that that was a b2 stealth bomber they do flyovers almost evry night they put their lights on the out side so the radio tower knows they wont crash into anything and you can see how its triangular that how b2's are

That was the night my son got married....we were all out on a balcony at a hotel in Covington, ky....towards the end of the "show" you could clearly see they were paragliders with flares. We all got excited at first, but then we saw the actual people....end of story.

We saw the EXACT SAME THING about 1 hour before the WEBN fireworks came on. It was right above the river about 200 feet from us right above the river. We all just watched scared to death but not one of us could move. WEBN swears they had nothing to do with it... So I ask the question.. wtf was it.

@1975lilshorty I think what you saw were skydivers with flares. I saw them too about an hour before the fireworks.
I believe my video to be planes flying in formation.

it was skydivers they saw at riverfest. I think what caught on video were planes in formation.
It was not on riverfest night.
