I am totally against age discrimination, I am older myself. But if you want to be treated like a young person, then act young. Don't whine about physical ailments or expect special treatment. You can't have it both ways! I am in my 40s and have had people in their 50s expect me to give up my bus seat for them. My answer is always NO, you can STAND.

I'm 57 and all I can do is laugh at youngsters who make comments that discriminate against the middle aged or elderly. Do these twits think that they'll never age, do they think that they will live forever ? Time passes very quickly once 30 arrives, it just zooooms past us at the blink of an eye. Racism or sexism is more easily understood because the perpetrators will never know what it's like to be the victim BUT EVERYONE GETS OLD, what are they, fuckin' stupid ?
