UFO at ISS (2)

Don't write it is shuttle or Soyuz. This show still goes on since 5:00 pm GMT yesterday on NASA Tv "Live Space Station Video" Channel. Station giving flashing light signals like a "call".. object comes and goes and comes again, goes again. What's going on.. History?
Can anybody give an explanation?

wtf is this,? in order for the space program to keep going they need to say theres something strange out there, theres nothing out there, but space debris that we have caused, shut the camera off and get the hell out of space, leave all the et's alone
