it didn't work for me, eveyrtime i installed the chip set driver (display driver, SMBus Driver, Ethernet driver, media shield) the blue screen of death appears. so, the said drivers aren't working...i keep on re-installing my OS and i can't get rid of this BSOD when i'm installing these drivers...pls help me....big tnx

I have done all I can, and I get to the recovery console. But where you can select 1 for windows, I do not have that?!What can I do?!

@MrGazzness The easiest way to get rid of the blue screen is to reinstall your operating system. I dont know why you are getting a different screen than mine.

I get as far as the blue windows setup screen, and after its done loading the cd files it just reverts to the Blue screen error page. Help!

@iButchy Hard drive is bad or memory, if you have more than one stick of memory, try swapping one out then the other, most likely its your hard drive though. borrow an old hard drive from someone and see if it works.

i am trying to repair my computer that wont boot. When i use my windows xp disc it gets as far as the blue windows setup page with nothing else on it and appears to be doing nothing. What is causing this problem and is there a way to fix it. thanks
