It would have been in the summer of 1972. I was working with Ed Barker for Key Building and Lighting which was owned by Leo Bastian. The crew consisted of Ed, myself and an apprentice who's name I can't recall. The chandelier had originally hung in the display window of Key Building and Lighting. We had spent most of a week running the power and getting everything prepared. It took about four hours to remove it from the showroom, transport it to the Turf Club, hoist it in place and connect.

It hasn't rotated for quite some time, however we did get it to rotate for New Years Eve of Y2K for about an hour and it hasn't rotated since. Would love to figure out a way to get it to rotate again. Thanks for the info!!!

I was on the crew that originally hung that chandelier in the dome. I used to rotate.
