I read the article linked to the telegraph, and I love the glaring omissions or amazing ignorance.
1) Apparently, only bankers live lavish lifestyles in the UK.
2) What about farmers, who have animals that release CO2?
3) What about breathing and farting? Don't they know we release CO2, and plants consume CO2?
4) I can't wait to see the government loophole for those in power.
5) Let's not even begin to talk about how this is a means of tracking and controlling people.
