    Transcription and translation can occur simultaneously in bacteria. Ribosomes can begin translating the message even before transcription is complete because there is no introns in procaryotic mRNA.

  • Also, hairpin forms in rho-dependent as well, which pauses the RNA polymerase. This allows rho to catch up and the rho helicase releases transcript to cause termination.
