it's just the nerves, the brain is gone so the fish can't process the feeling. It's the same thing that happens when you cut the head off a chicken and it runs around. It's just the nerves.

I am no tree huggeer, I'd kill a hundred buffalos and have the world's biggest BBQ n my backyard, but all anmals deserve humaine conditions. First kill the fish then, skin it so it does not feel pain.
