US Physicians are just about the only Physicians in the world NOT to learn by "problem solving" nor "deductive reasoning" -- Rather docs learn to memorize zillions of useless disjointed factoids, (factoids that always represent the most obscure (useless) of information - information you most likely will NOT ever see in real life)

@bfitzpatrick1 Americans have no clue how immunity works in so many diseases: Lupus, Sarc, thyroiditis, MS, RA, etc....

ahahahaha! i felt this about 5 months ago! thank God i graduated! sometimes i feel like starting a fire in the library during midterms so the campus would have to be evacuated, can you blame me?
