I really like the idea of eating healthy and I'm keeping track of Jaime Oliver and his revolution too!

The veggie omelette looks delicous, and I will hopefully try to make it. Also, I love the angle of the camera in this video...very pleasant to the eye when you are cooking, because you can see the stove perfectly. Sorry for such a long comment, but I had a lot to say, lol. :)

@maewe didn't say I don't eat meat, but as far as protein and calcium you can get all you need from vegetables and beans (other than soy)

Wow, Jerry you are becoming our once a week chef,, and I love it.. You are very good at it and you have a nice kitchen.. With just you it is easy too cook the way you do.. But when you have a family and liminted amount of funds , one does the best one can.. But I do enjoy watching you cook..
