Aprilia RSi 125 Injection Part3

The latest video from my RS125 converted to injection. Almost 250km tuned with wideband O2. I had to lean the whole injection map massively, right now i pulls pretty nice.

I,m going to try and use a MS on my Cr500 Sm

i have been reading up loads about it and you have pulled it off well .

have you dynoed the bike before you converted it to injection ?

how did you get the gsxr manifold to mate to the intake reed cage ?

how much has it cost so far ?

Did i say i have an Rs125 maybe i should try it on that first as a learning curve keep up the great work look forward to your next vid.

The setup made a huge enhancement in the last weeks, sadly i didn´t had the time to make the next video but i will when i get time.

The engine wasn´t dynoed with carb, because that little bloody thing was absolutely worn out, the engine ran like crap. The throttle body exactly fits the stock part which takes the carb, so no big problems with that. I haven´t calculated the price, but i guess its about a few hundred euros till now. Take the CR500, that would be definately awesome! :-)

How do you measure the air/fuel ratio? I thought that lambda sensors could not work with 2 stroke engines.The burned oil destroys the o2 sensor.

I´ve heard that too. But luckily my wideband 02 sensors doesn´t know, that he should have been defective since many miles :-) to be honest, i think i will be destroid, but no one knows exactly when this will happen. i guess it really depends how much oil is in the exhaust gas and in my case its really less, ~1:80.

u need more displacement u say mmm for the rs 125 u can get a polini 154 kit or pjmes 144 kit both suppsed to be good but polini needs porting for the bike to rev past 10k i think good luck.

i have a polini which is in very good condition, but sadly its c.r. is so high it reaches easily 15bar and the starter isn´t capable of starting the engine. the way to go is a RSi 250 or even better a honda CRi 250 :-)

the bike? its a 1997 aprilia rs125.

the notebook? its a dell d410.

the software? its the control-software for the ecu.

maybe i could give you a more precise answer by knowing what exactly you mean ;-)
