Yassky Meets Drivers (Part 2): 5% Credit Card Fee

This July, the new TLC (Taxi & Limousine Commission) Chairman, David Yassky, came to the Laguardia Airport Main Lot in New York City to meet with Taxi Drivers and hear their concerns. This includes the added 50 cent tax on every fare, the fees associated with accepting credit card payments, illegal tips and bribes requested by some garages or brokers, lease overcharges, excessive ticket write-ups, and the use of bus lanes.
