  • What is the purpose of reverse hypers? What does it benefit?

  • if you don't have a partner could you use a resistance band?

  • @daballa100 you oculd but that poses the same problem as the dumbell or the machine. the resistance increases as you get weaker

  • This is also a progression from supine knee-ups on a flat bench. It is a core workout.

  • I am definitely for manual resistance exercise and you have great explanation muscle mechanics for that kind of exercise, but muscles are very adoptable to any kind of resistance so we have to use another kind of resistance like free weight and bands.

  • @jumptrainee1 oh yeah, my bad, i was thinking the resistance band woud bring most tension at the bottom lol, but obviously that doesn't make sense.
