i tried drinking the saltwater and i almost threw up for every drink i took. Is there any other way to do this step? i just cant stomach this water.....and i guess you kinda feel the same way, seeing that you didnt show us drinking it lol.

I am a little unclear as to whether you are supposed to heat up the water or not. Is it necessary to heat the water prior to mixing?
