mine consists of citrulline malate, beta alanine, d ribose, and a caffeine pill if i haven't drank any tea lately. i take my creatine after my workout. just my personal preference. sometimes i drink a protein shake a little while before that

When I lived in the UK i used to buy bulk powders so i could make my own supplement drinks. It was awesome! Can't get stuff like that in Dubai so have to buy the branded ones... Anyway, my pre w/o contained: Arginine, Creatine Ethyl Ester, Citrulline Malate, Taurine, L-Carnitine, BCAAs, Beta Alanine, and Whey protein (for taste) It really did the trick and was cheaper than the branded supps, despite having so much extra ingredients and in greater amounts!

Have you thought of putting L- Arginine in the mix??
I mixed this with a energy drink (like the packets you have in the vid) and it gave me a smooth up feeling.

@LawRival L-Arginine would be a good addition :) I didn't have any at the time and only made this with available items in my house.
