1 cp of quinoa 2 cps. of water or broth. bring to a boil cover and let simmer for 20 min. turn off and let stand for 10 min...hope you like and make soon let me know ... God Bless my friends...love ya...love rosemary

  • Rose, quinoa is also great for breakfast. If you make it with water (not broth) you can make enough ahead for breakfast. Just add the same things you'd add to oatmeal instead like raisins, apple, cinnamon, brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, berries, whatever combo you like.

  • Thank you so much...I LOVE recipes! This one is a must make for sure!! Maybe even this next week, when I'm able to try stage 2 foods. This will definitely be a go to meal for me and my family. Also, I might experiment and try cooked tilapia in there too.

  • I love quinoa. Have you tried using it to make quinoa tabuleh? It is fabulous too and you will be able to use lemons from your tree in this recipe.

  • That looks amazing. I will have to try the Broccoli casserole. I tried Quinoa for the first time a couple weeks ago. My sister made some for me. I was instantly hooked.
