Saw this film when I was young , I think back & apart from Casablanca it is my all time favorite film about ' True love ' in this strange world we live in today . Think back & know it's almost like me looking in the mirror 98%. REALLY ! ...lost & found , chances & coincidence ,searching & belonging , passion & pain , love & true happiness .It's all there in everyone of us at some point .What a film classic . Yes indeed - Think of heaven & that's where you will be . No doubt about it .

how many of us have had "visions" in our mind that we can't explain that came to us out of "nowhere"?

well you do know that Neil Young wrote "We Never Danced"... ;)
There WAS a soundtrack released on vinyl & cassette. Unfortunately, the film version of "We Never Danced" as performed onscreen by the great Matraca Berg was NOT included on it. Only the end credits version by The Motels was on the album. Matraca Berg is the top female songwriter in country music but unfortunately her voice has never gotten the attention it deserves.

Im holding the vinyl of "made in heaven" in my hands. On the back side it shows "We've never danced" performed by Martha Davis and is 4 minutes 9 seconds long.
The album I own has never been played. Not a scratch on it!

sorry...I assumed the credit went to Martha Davis' band The Motels, since the song is on a CD anthology of theirs. I just watched the end credits you have here and see that it does say performed by Martha Davis. Unfortunately, there is NO credit in the film credits of Matraca Berg even PERFORMING this song!! It's listed twice! Her only credit says Matraca....Matraca Berg. Her name is never mentioned so anyone watching this would never know WHO she was. They'd think SHE is Martha Davis.

Nothing to be sorry about. There was two releases of the soundtrack. I was lucky enough to get the right one.
I wish i could find a decent player so I can record the music to MP3.
