Sting Stops at Toronto's Massey Hall on Back to Bass Tour
Can it be 25 years already since Gordon Sumner a.k.a. Sting commenced his solo career, launched from his success as a member of the 70s and 80s New Wave group The Police? Sting marks the occasion by announcing his Back to Bass Tour, which makes a stop at Massey Hall in Toronto on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at 8 p.m. The former English teacher will be rolling out hits in stripped down style from both his Police days and his solo career including "Roxanne," "Englishman in New York," "If I Ever Lose My Faith in You," "Desert Rose" and "Brand New Day."
Far from the just 7 people showing up at his first gig in Toronto at the Horseshoe Tavern.
