I remember being a baby in the hospital and the nurse brought the TV into the Room and put Timone and Pumba on. I liked Timone and Pumba because not only was they funny but it had good story to each episode, like all the cartoons i guess. Anyway i was there watching Timone and Pumba and this song came on and i paid really good attention to it, it made me feel a whole lot better in myself and it made me think of all the good times to come. It was letting me know that there were better days ahead.

@mrsAdaptive I still have the Lion King's video tapes, but they were all Dutch V_V So I wanted the DVD (no one owns a video tape recorder anymore) and I wanted the original film, and not the Dutch version.

@HTTS76 My whole Disney collection is the original cassettes from '93... I think I'm the only "proud" owner of a cassette player nowadays :) Keep it going on your collection then :)

@mrsAdaptive I'm so glad that Disney re-released The Lion King. I bought the film today and immediately watched it. I wasn't able to buy The Lion King anywhere! Now I'll only have to wait 'till Februari for the other two parts to come out and I've finally got my favourite Disney film in my bookcase (yeah I keep all my DVDs in my bookshelf), but I especially love James Earl Jobnes' portayal of Mufasa. I really admire that man and especially his voice. So captivating.
