I'm now facing the impossible challenge of learning it in only 4-5 weeks for a concert which will take place here in Brussels in a couple of weeks... you'll see the result when I post it in my channel, probably some time in late November or early December

I really liked your version, it's one of the best I've heard. And it's a live performance, too! The recording was top notch.

@mindwa That's insane. I thought I always learned music fairly quickly, but learning works like that in that short a time period is crazy. I mean I hear stories of pianists doing it, but I only half believe them thinking it's got to be mostly hype! I know Clara Haskill could learn incredibly fast-one of the fastest learners supposedly. Would like to know how you do that!!

@mindwa I have spoken to some people who have played the Rach cello sonata and they have said that they learned it in like 3 months!! That's unbelievable! I learn fast, but to get all of the notes AND technique learned and up to a concert level in 3 months is ridiculous!! BTW, the 1st Piano Concerto is harder than it looks. Very difficult piece too!!

bravo! bravo!
This was an incredible performance of what is a horrendously difficult piece. This is truly a concert for piano and cello!
