@SoCalDualSport not really, look it up, what hes saying is true. haliburton paid cheney and got a contract for the war without bidding, which is entirely illegal, as any construction professional knows. also, haliburton was not well suited to logistics, dhl's parent company is actually the largest logistics company in the world. read something.
