Even the new ones have sticky levers, the amount of times I've gone to move down an inch or so and it's burried itself right in the hedge takes the piss.

Looks a bit like an old Fisher Humphries to me. Classic old tool with four belts on the main arm instead of the modern oil pump. That hedge looked like it really needed doing, certainly let some light in I'm sure.
