I stayed there in December ( wich is the coolest month of the year ), and had no problems whatsoever.
Air conditioning works as it should.
Hot water never failed me...
It's a great budget hotel, ideal for those wanting to explore the territory, with decent early morning breakfast, and a great location.
A slight letdown: only two elevators to serve the 30+ floors, wich can lead to some waiting.
