What is the max RPM that a 10amp motor controller can kick out?

BLDC, 3 phase, most of the newer ones I've salvaged are 7,200 RPM, and well balanced with high quality ball bearings. The read head pivots have some really good bearings too. That's only 7,200 with the driver on the board.

i just needed this kind of motor to drive a gyroscope without the hard drive card
not a big deal but these are just the best balanced brushless ever
some have 4 pole anyway it works with ESC
