Weight Loss Food Pyramid, Nutrition by Natalie

Mayo Clinic Healthy Weight Pyramid
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/healthy-diet/NU00190

A healthy-eating plan can be illustrated in many ways, but it's often found in the shape of a pyramid. Food pyramids outline various food groups and food choices that, if eaten in the right quantities, form the foundation of a healthy diet.

  • What about all the carbs in fruit? Does this conflict with the upper limits in the carbs tier?

  • See video, "The Truth about Fruit"

  • Is this channel for men or for women? Just wondering.

  • About 60 percent of my viewers are men and 40 percent women.

  • Yeah but the men just watch it because it has women in it, so I guess it is for women! Don't you agree?

  • I think anyone of either sex can benefit from the information in many of my videos.

Many of the people (not all) that I video are attractive women. I would just rather video an attractive woman than an ugly guys. :)

  • Hello! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some super things about it and my BF got hot Six pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

  • no

  • yes

  • no

  • town house flat bread crisp crackers with sea salt and olive oil.

  • cal in and cal out paradigm has been disproven by real life experiences. the pyramid is good as far as quality goes but limited caloires only works short term. eating 500 caloires less per day does not translate into 1 pound of fat per week. maybe 1 pound of muscles, watert and fat. and in long term the body compensates and you start to lose less and eventually stop.

that is if you can stand the increase of hunger and weakness and binging episodes that will happen. plus weight regain.
