I think they weren't trying to be racist. I believe they were interpreting the song to say live as one world, not just by culture.

this song isnt about colors outside of us, as you can tell about the lyrics. its about colors inside of us. its about feelings. ITS A YOGA SONG supposed to CALM YOUR SOUL not tell u not to be racist (even tho u really shudnt be)

I think this song teaches us a lesson about the colors that make up this world. The key word is "colors." Not just one color, but many colors. We are all of different colors in this world and we all live in this world. So we should all be able to live and be together as we all do make up the colors of the world. We are all of one individual color, but we all make up the colors of the world. This is our world people, so let's live together and be friendly to each other. No more prejudices.
