2 strong tornadoes that strong at the same time. There was also an F4 the day after this in southeastern Manitoba.

I knew about the Elie tornado. So this tornado (the F3) was near Oakville wasn't it?
I heard this was forming just as the Elie tornado dissipated.

I thought the only F5 to hit Canada was the Elie tornado.

Yes, the skinnier tornado is the Elie tornado. Elm Creek is about 20 mi southwest from Elie as the crow flies.

What was the Elm creek tornado rated?

The tornado seen initially in this video was rated an F3 I believe. The second tornado, or the one to the right of the first, is the Elie tornado viewed from a distance which was rated an F5.
