{Part 2 features some notable statements by Congresswoman Capps, NAMELY that we are entitled to health, liberty, and persuit of happiness. Which is different than what the actual constitutiion says. Listen to the end.
Now we see why they resist having open town halls for the most part. They are a group of misinformed socialists who have NO understanding of the principles of prosperity and just government.
That last question was obviously a leftist slurs against the "evil corporation". Why is seeking a profit evil? If you don't want to deal with it, vote with your feet! The American Constitution gives us the right to buy, sell, and try things. Quit abusing government power to shutdown things you disagree with
Rick you need to re edit and take out the segment after the 4 mjinute mark, and let it stand alone. Capps in her ineptness is misquoting what she "thinks" is the Constitution. When she is actually misquoting the Declaration of Independence, which shows her to be an even bigger buffoon than she is as a Congresswoman. That video alone could sink her campaign if you show the actual quotes, along side her "justification" for her vote. She has absolutely no ground to stand on, and has no outs.
Rick, was this ever sent to the talk shows, specifically the "health, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" gaffe? I am one of her constituents and attended this meeting. Capps is embarrassing.
Re-Listening to the video. Her Analogy to your question was right on the spot. You have to have a license to drive in a state due to the fact it's a privilege and not a right. Just like health care / health insurance.
That's MY question about the Constitution, you can hear me shout answer the question and I DID have a copy of the Constitutution, something Lois Capps has never read.
Wow, good stuff, too bad all these lies had to take place in a church. I have to say she is not all that good at lying, poor lady, she must love her job anyway.
Thanks for the video. Nice to see the meeting with out having to go, I think I would of gotten kicked out and those Oxnard cops are no push overs.

Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness - Declaration of Independence
Nor shall the government deprive anyone of Life, Liberty, or Property without Due Process of Law - 5th and 14th Amendment.
I've read the whole Constitution - Can't find Health Care / Health Insurance
