The purpose of developing weapons isn't in order to 'slaughter people more efficiently', but rather to provide for adequate self-defense in the case that war should take place. As for the NK-SK border, who is 'they', and what on earth makes you think it's possible for Kim Jong Il to 'make peace and unify' with the South? Everyone knows it's not about the costs, but about real political complications.

What is the purpose of all these expensive new weapons? Just more ways to make sure more people get slaughtered efficiently? They should take down the NK-SK border immediately, make peace and unify. The costs of doing so are far less than the costs of all-out war.

Seems to be a good tank. But be prepared for the neighbour from north with about 1 mio regular army and about 10000 artilary across boader.and with die hard( and probably mad) dictatorship with nukes and ballastic missles. Remember its not only weaponary which wins the war.If not for US north would've already attacked south! since they got nothing to loose while south will loose everything! Good thing its only for warning:-)
