Tyson has a much better top end speed than asafa, why do you think he either runs powell down, or when he gets ahead of powell, powell never catches back up to gay. Tyson gay just "usually" has a poor start. Imagine Tyson with a good or great start and his top end speed(which he is very good at maintaining until the end of the race) he would run low 9.6s maybe even in the 9.5 range.

A cheetah would do about that time, maybe a bit faster, a normal cheetah goes at 70mph a Jagur goes at 63 mph. But 4.97 is impossible for a human at the 100 metres. A race horse might do about 7.50.
