Shannahan is just the best coach ever simply put. Thats y John Elway wanted him, so if u dont think shannahan is a good coach, then u think john elway isn't smart either?

Honestly, rebuilding a team off of new personnel is difficult. Griese coming in after Elway retiring and Terrell Davis's injury didn't help the situation. If you wanna get real technical. Red Miller did a lot for the Broncos too, but do you want to give him credit for the Broncos SB wins? Shanahan was the coach and Shanahan was the one who deserves the credit. Say what you want about Plummer, but he was nearing retirement anyways and I see a lot of potential in our younger players.

Dan Reeves built? Haha, that's funny! How many Super Bowls did Dan Reeves go to and couldn't win 'em? Yeah. What got the Broncos to the super bowl was that awesome ground game that Shanahan brought in. Although, I do agree that Shanny should let go of his GM duties and stuff. Who would YOU bring in if Shanny was to get the boot?

Here's the problem with mike shanahan, he won two super bowls with a team that Dan Reeves essentialy built, then managed to run one of the proudest franchises in the NFL into the ground, since winning that second super bowl they have won only ONE playoff game and that was mostly because of a horrible interception call.
