Utter rubbish. Think about Apple, Steve job knows nuts about computers but why is Apple so successful under him. Its the leadership, they both are entrepreneurs and leaders. LKY is the entrepreneur in the political arena and he totally transform the economic and geographical landscape of singapore.

I see many of you Singaporeans are still drunk on the Kool-Aid of LKY. National Education and those memoirs must be working their magic on impressionable minds.
Fact: LKY was a backstabbing political opportunist, and also a traitor who had collaborated with the Japanese during the Occupation.
Fact: Singapore's economic success was due to Singaporeans' diligence, Singapore's good geographical location and the vision of Albert Winsemius. LKY did fuck all, but still loved to take the credit.
