Is there a reason most of the games casted by Crota won't load as fast as the game play. All other videos seem to load faster than the game play which allows me to watch them without the pause.

i would recommend trying cores 0 and 2, if that doesn't work try 1 and 3. If that doesn't work you might want to just turn off hyperthreading from your BIOS.
The i7 is a quad core with hyperthreading which makes it appear to have eight cores. I'm assuming that hyperthreading is causing the problem for you. Although, I've got an i7 and haven't had any problems during replays.

The games where I show the least amount of lag are me running on Core 0 for SC2, and 1-7 for the screen capture software.
