A Brief History of Java and JDBC

For some internal training I wanted to highlight the importance of Java on the technology industry and the world, so I decided to do this brief history of Java and JDBC movie. My first Google search turned up a history timeline from Sun Microsystems (http://www.java.com/en/javahistory/) and so that was used as the basis for the movie.

Thanks! I used iMovie that comes on my Macbook to make the movie, and the sound was done in GarageBand. It is my voice doing the speaking as well - all on the macbook!

Very nicely done... I feel sorry for people who don't feel a drive to understand and appreciate the technology blossoming into reality around us. Machines are our kindred beings in their infancy of existence, imbued with our art and knowledge, shortcomings and dreams, and someday they will walk beside us.
