The message of this man seams to be authentic..is not only nice words;

Whats more important is that he teaches some practical techniques to be able to feel our selves. The practice of these techniques brings many benefits; one of them is that it will tune our perception of life. Many times that perception has been distorted to a point that we cant see the beauty of existence.
