The secret to applying a winged liner for a cat eye effect is all about the product and the brush you use. There are many brands of gel and liquid eyeliners. I find gel liners are smoother and easier to work with, most last longer as well. For this look I chose the Maybelline 24 hr gel liner. This is a great dupe for the Bobbi Brown Gel Eyeliner, and the brush that comes with it is professional quality.

Royal blue smokey shadow is best applied in contrast with a deeper crease and really precise blending. The secret to the lashes is to apply two pairs of Ardell lashes on top of one another. This technique is best when you want to add more drama to your lashes and achieve the fullest thickest lashes possible.

  • What is the reel techniques brush you used for the concealer please?

  • @fabYOUglam The deluxe crease brush, it's sold in a group with the other purple handled shadow brushes.

  • what shade are youin mac??? pleaseesssss

  • @Paulabeautify In MAC I'm an NC40

  • Hi, I have a question why did you use the wet your brush technique? Can you explain the effect it gives to the eyes when dong this on clients

  • @toohot2breal25 I just used water and a clean brush. Depending on the shadow it will just give you a darker richer version of the shade you use. Some metallics and pigments work really well wet. Have fun, play around!

  • ok, im having a lash issue. why are demi lashes called demi lashes? i could understand if they were 1/2 lashes because demi means half in french, but ardell has a bazillion lashes that are a full strip, but yet they are called demis? demi whispies, etc etc. do you know the answer to this? does anyone? hellllp!! lol!!

  • i am in LOVE with the maybelline gel liner as well as the brush it comes with! i tell all my friends to give me their brushes if they dont want them :) ive got quite a collection of them! but they little suckers rock!! xo
