  • Thanks a ton for that exercises!!! I tried out 2 of those posture correcting techniques and that almost instantly relieved me from the constant pain I have in my lower back, buttocks and legs. You are a rockstar :)

    much love.

  • when you're on the med ball, is that really one of the glutes, or are you on the periformis? at the beginning, when you're showing the pelvic tilts, has anyone told you that it's impossible to see bec your shorts are the same color as the floor? can you wear a color like red, light blue or yellow when you're going to be working against the dark floor?

  • OMG that feels Sssoooooooo good!

  • mate i live in Ireland but if i didnt you would be my main man for correcting all my injuries and improve my training, i have seen everybody about my lower left back and this is the best info i have seen in 2 years of bullshit, i just need a medicine ball

  • @functionalpatterns I really enjoy your channel I'm very happy to see other professionals in the industry focusing on corrective exercises.

  • This is extremely informational and I'm really hoping it'll help with my squats. I'm currently too tight in the hamstrings (self-diagnosis) which I think is causing my posterior pelvic tilt. I'll be doing these stretches to see if I can finally start squatting deeper. Thanks so much man!

  • Very informative. I have been trying to study the pelvic tilt for years While trying to find an outcome for my back troubles. I do find it hard to commit to the exercises for a long period of time. Especially when I feel no improvement. This video gives me some confidence to have another go at getting it right as some things you say make more sense than what Physiotherapists and Chiropractors have told me. Thanks.

  • You're such a hero man. Seriously -- thanks for doing this. Most useful video I've ever seen on here.

  • Great info brotha
