Dr. Subramanian Swamy had made a lot of inaccurate comments on Islam and Hinduism at the India Today Conclave. He claimed that Hinduism does not preach violence but on the other hand he distorted Islamic teachings taking unfair advantage of the ignorance of the audience.

This video is a theological response to these bogus claims, where actual Hindu and Islamic texts are produced to disprove his assertions.

  • only an Idiot can make such a video!!! lolzzzz......

path pothi path padha pandit bana na koi.... Dhai akhar prem ke padhe so pandit hoyee......

jyaada kuran padhne se Muslim community kya seekha hai ye poori duniya jaanti hai.... isiliye ab hame jaroorat hai ki hum sabhi pyaar ka paath padhe

  • @Nitulkuma Why are you speaking against the Holy Quran if you intend to speak of prem? It shows your prem is just a smokescreen to discredit Islam. What is idiotic abt the video? Speak with evidences and not just bogus claims.

  • @Nitulkuma Muslims are not reading Quran at all. If they did so they will not be in this sorry state. But Quran is for all humankind not just Muslims. You too can read it if you have not read it, which I think you have not read. Why are you singling Muslims in the world? Every community has wrong people. Even Hindus have them by the tons.

  • First of all your understanding of Hinduism is meek because you belong to a religion who does not give you a right to question which essentially means right to reason and then understand things. Taking up tits and bits from one place and other and then quoting them out of context without understanding its background and try to apply reason to that which is out of your genes presents only a caricature of reality which u have successfully presented. Hinduism includes Vedas, Bhakti, puranas Itihasa

  • @gztbeds Sir, you are free to give the context and the background instead of making too many assumptions. Islam encourages healthy questioning and not meaningless hair splitting questions. Actually Hinduism bans questioning.

  • In Kashmir, it were not only the Pundits who ran (not driven) out of Kashmir, but Muslims too. So poor is this Hindu Zionist's argument.

  • @gaurangactuary If you are a charvaka, that is another religion. Actually the problem is with the word Hinduism. It is a British name given to the hodge podge of different views in India. If by Hindu you mean an India, then yes an Indian can be an atheist. So you really have to define what is a Hindu before you claim to be an atheist Hindu. By the way Vedas and Mahabharata have clear passages about killing atheists. Mahabharata even records how a Charvaka was killed by the Brahmins.

  • @deepzan1 There is no Abrahamic lens. Hindus themselves do not know what Hinduism is and they start to criticize Islam. Vedas are Hinduism's prime theological texts. There is a consensus. I think you do not know. Other than Vedas there is no Hinduism.

  • Hmmm, interesting. You might want to remove the Abrahamic religion lens through which you are viewing Hinduism. The wikipedia entry on Hinduism would have been sufficient to prevent you from making the fallacy of quoting the Vedas as the sole authority of Hinduism.
