According to Andrew Weil in his book, "Eight Weeks to Optimum Health" you should throw away foods containing artificial sweeteners and artificial colors. Experts say they have toxic effects on the nervous system."

That is some pretty dangerous news that sugarless diets can have such a bad effect on your nervous system. So, what do you do when you are looking for a diet that is low is sugar, but still want something sweet? Try cooking and sweetening with honey.

I have several recipes on my Youtube channel for raw honey to sweeten cookies, cinnamon buns that will knock your socks off. Great tasting recipes that are healthy for your, and good for your sweet tooth.

No harmful side effects like eating aspartame, saccharin or other fake sweeteners. If I eat any of the fake sugars, I will have a horrible case of foggy thinking. I find it difficult to think. I will need to go right to bed a few hours after eating a fake sugar. Then to my horror I will awaken at three a.m. with a horrible migraine headache.

Raw honey doesn't give me any side effects that the honey has all the nutrients naturally contained in the honey so your body can digest the raw honey. Raw honey helps your immune system, and satisfies your sweet tooth.

I have more health articles on my website.

  • I'm learning more about these products. I've been using diet chocolate pudding and they ALL contain aspartame. Take a look at this site. MemoryLoss.yolasite.com

  • The description you put on your video info is RIGHT on the mark... I am actually quite sad to read Alzheimers... I have read the independent studies, and you're right... there does seem to be a MAJOR contributing factor...
