A Psycology Project documentary video about a mental condition called Seasonal Affective Disorder or SAD. This movie shows symptoms using over exaggeration and comedy.
Basically, its the fear of season changes mostly from the lack of sunlight in the winter, which is also implied by the snow due to lack of light in that season of winter.

  • That's really SAD. I live down south and fortunately don't have real distinct seasons.

  • @Scttlaw I like having 4 distinct seasons. Then again you could add a 5th one which is called road construction.

  • I live smack dab in the middle of all the great lakes. S.A.D. is big here. Alot of people I know, employ light thereapy in addition to vitamin D suuplementation. It doesn't to cure it, but seemingly helps to relieve symptoms.

Great vid! very entertaining, and it draws attention to this ailment! 5 stars for you sir.

  • Well thank you sir.

  • Every FUCKEN year I dread on winter. Let me tell U why I hate it #1 Days seem shorter & seems like not enough time in the day 2 get things done. #2 Wait gain occurs Bcuz I don't like working out in the freezing cold & if I go 2 a gym, it's not good 2 come out hot with your pores open & go out into the freezing cold. #3Need to lug around a coat all time when you go out, remove it when indoors and put it back on to go out again. #4 Electric bill is higher. #5 Takes longer to warm up your vehicle.

  • where do you live?

  • @SlyDevil13 mmmm ok maybe in michigan

  • Um, when we get snow in michigan, that is our winter time, from December to February in which it is darkest outside. So the snow implies our darkest part of the year
