I agree, I'm in uni now and from what I have heard, it's run sytematically like a business. Which is screwing a lot of people around. In general the education standards have dropped, because it's supply in demand. It's sort of annoying when your actually going to learn.

This has a message to inspire all cartoonists.

We have these machines that can make cartoons without killing the land and if you have ideas you can learn to animate by yourself and do movies with your buddies!

DO IT! Don't be jerked around by conglomerates, If you have an idea, do it yourself.

That's because Mike Judge, unlike family and all that shit, THINKS about what he writes.
That's how you make a cartoon, his cartoon King of the Hill is mostly about getting a point across, and he does it nicely.
