@alexspire I'm from the UK, london in fact. If you don't like, simple, don't watch, no-one is asking you to! It's quite amusing that you use the anonymity of the internet to say something that you clearly would not face to face. I presume it was you who thumbed down, I sincerely hope for your sake you find something better to do with your time - putting people down on youtube for no real reason really cannot be fulfilling.

Nice tutorial! The tone reminds me of Disfiguring the Goddess.

At 6:15 I disagree. I liked those drums......

@DeadEyeSprout Lo-fi

it's pronounced "Gent", like Gentlemen (hence Djentlemen). the D is silent.

@chickenluva1 Erm, try some fresh strings, adjust it to see how it sounds with your pickups, double track guitars left and right, just experiment til you get what you like, pm me your email if you want any presets, and I'll send them, thanks for watching!

@chickenluva1 But I have a quick question, I put the exact same settings on my podfarm, and sounds absolutely terrible. Im using logic as well, any help?

This is great mate! thank you so much!!!!
Great video Matt, I am working on putting together a personal studio (at least figuring out what I need) I noticed in your video that you wish you had more computer power. Ive been looking at Macbook Pro's and the Mac Minis, any tips on what you would want for your next computer as far as hard drive, processor type, memory, monitor size..? Keep up with the great tunes!!! Thanks for any insight! Also on my studio list: Logic, Apogee Duet, Superior Drummer, MIDI Keyboard, KRK RP5/8...............

@nicheadlee hey mate, I have actually upgraded my rig, I am now using a 27 inch iMac w/ 8gb of RAM and it kicks ass, i can do so much more with it! As for speakers I actually chose yamaha HS80Ms after comparing them to the KRKs for a long time, but your rig sounds super sweet! A 21" imac would do whatever you need, but the screen on the 27" is stunning and great for piano roll! and as for a drum tutorial I will get around to making that ASAP if I can help with anything more drop me a message!.
