If Israel attack Iran then Iran should attack Israel by Nuclear Weapon. Iraq did not have any WMD, So for USA, Iraq is weak. Iran should test its nuclear weapon and missile test. Iran has more than enough deterrence in it's conventional weapons to make any potential adversary think many times over before attempting to attack them. If that were not the case, Iran would have been attacked years ago.

Irans militarty spending is low. I seriously doubt that iran can make stealth jets to F22 standards.

Iran will also need the latest fighter jets to take on air power of israel and usa. Iran doesnt have the latest SU30 jets from russia. Iran have very old f14 tomcats, f5 phantoms and MIg29 which are ancient.
