How to Draw #16 Captain America Drawing and Coloring from Avengers Marvel Comics Double time lapsed. I start with light lines then draw set lines. After that I use my lead smudger to finish my picture. How to Draw #9 Captain America from Avengers Marvel Comics. First I piece together my scans of the image in Photoshop. Then I block out the color areas. After that I add textures and then add highlights and details.

  • hi, this is a great video and i watch your all of videos. thats great and can you help me. pls tell me about, which type of tools you are use for penciling and inking???? pls pls tell me........my request is, pls you can slowdown the video speed?

  • I wanted to slow them down but if I make them over 10 minutes they get rejected...for some reason they can't be over ten minutes? Silly. I just use an HB pencil and adjust the levels so it is darker after I scan it.

  • it's Photoshop 7. The main part is adding a new layer on top of your drawing and set it to multiply. Then you can color through your pencil work.

  • I honestly hate digital airbrushing, it looks pretty tacky. I think referring back to your other videos, you don't really have an eye for colour and that would be somewhere to really aim and shoot to improve.

The Shield looks too much like cloth and his left hand could've used a bit of rotating towards him.

But anyways, ramblings aside, I like seeing all your steps. :)

  • hm. I like the way you colored this piece. I notice you go to the brush tab a lot to change the size, do you have a pen tablet? Most (i believe all) tablets come with hotkeys enabled. what i'd do is make it so your hot keys are ] and [ because what they do is change the size of your brush bigger or smaller. this makes for a faster coloring process... I also really like what you did with the building, what i normally do is feather a selection of like brick and turn that into a brush. :)

  • hi its me, why you can split the video like ( part 1 and part 2) pls pls psl for all of your fans........... thanks for giving reply

  • very cool. i can color somethign that i scan in phtoshop but not as good as you. which phtoshop is this? i use the photoshop element 5
