CUC is smaller than the MTS Centre with fewer suites, it's also much older, doesn't feel modern or NHL quality like MTS. Saskatoon is 1/3 the population of Winnipeg with a much smaller economy.

@jasonscfr What ownership group would pay 200-400 million to move the team there permanently? I'm honestly asking. Because if the have no competing group against Mark Chipmann and David Thompson the possibility is low considering Bettman wants teams in Winnipeg and Quebec.

ah, Saskatoon and the rest of Saskatchewan should get the Coyotes. At least the Ice Edge Group is making the right choice to have Saskatoon as their second home. CUC is bigger, and the economy is stronger here.

Ihope 10 teams fold anywhere, too may teams, not enough tough fighters, NHL sucks,, the UHL foleder playing new sissy NHL rules,,, give us ol time brawling hockey ,,,and less teams,,, empty arenes everywhere LOL!!!

And besides, your hatred of southern NHL teams is far from complete. If you truly hate sothern teams, you would ask for the Stars, Blues, Kings, and Sharks to move as well. (Ducks are bad, but Kings are good? Whatever!)

If you think that the NHL will be more popular without southern teams, you're deeply mistaken. If you think the ratings now is bad, they'll infinitly worse without us. The NHL will not be a professional league.
If you hate southern teams so much, you would be better off if hockey never existed. Are you willing to go that far to get rid of us? Like you say, didn't think so.
