@NiceCar2008 George Clooney was in the final episodes (one of them) . Neela and Sam went to Seattle (I think) to get transplant organs. Susan Surrandon guest starred. Juliana Margulies was also in that episode.
And the doctor with the suit on. I think you're talking about William H. Macey. He was on ER as a doctor early in the series.
