I found a great pizza recipe in a Kosher cookbook! I was born in the USA in the '50s and Italian food was not very much favored in the USA. It was "exotic." Can you imagine that? The first pizza was Etruscan and is only crushed cooked chick peas, oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. It is still sold in Livornia, Italy and is very good for you.
