@theeyeofsauron1 eldar are a fast army. footdar is rarely used and doesnt really work. jetbike lists with grav tanks prisms and warp spiders are the best build for eldar. a friend of mine used this unit against me once, it was: farseer, doom/fortune, stones and runes of warding, spear and jetbike. 10 warlock guys on jetbikes with him, all with spears, 1 enhance, 1 embolden, 8 destructors. it was unstoppable, o matter what i hit it with it just kept coming.

@theeyeofsauron1 mine include 0 fast attack but the minimum movement of my army moving at full speed is 24"

Yeah, its still pretty popular. There's these shops called 'GAmes workshop' That host 40k and Fantasy games all the time. Go onto there website and you shoud find the nearest workshop location. Hope this helped!
